These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FoodyXpress.com (“FoodyXpress,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

FoodyXpress provides a corporate and event catering platform that connects corporations, event planners, and individuals with participating restaurants for food ordering, scheduling, and delivery coordination.

FoodyXpress does not prepare food. Restaurants are independent providers and are solely responsible for food preparation, quality, and safety.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use FoodyXpress.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to restaurant availability and confirmation
Prices, menus, and fees may change without notice
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
FoodyXpress is not responsible for bank or payment processor errors

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by restaurant and order type. Certain catering orders may be non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling requirements.

5. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate account and order information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Use the platform only for lawful purposes
You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized system access

6. Limitation of Liability

Food quality, allergies, or preparation errors
Delivery delays caused by restaurants, traffic, or external factors
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

FoodyXpress’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on FoodyXpress.com are owned by FoodyXpress or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Termination

FoodyXpress may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

                By using FoodyXpress, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed
                to these Terms of Service.
